WHEREAS, the purpose of the sovereign State of Texas is to defend the life, property, rights and freedom of Texans who are themselves individually sovereign, we hereby declare null and void any and all Executive Orders issued by the President of the United States and/or Laws passed by the Congress of the United States and any regulations issued thereunder that relate to any further infringement upon the Second Amendment of the Constitution of the United States or Article 1, Section 23 of the Texas Constitution on or after January 1st, 2013. Pursuant to this declaration any federal agent, officer, or employee threatening life, property, rights or freedom within the State of Texas has committed a felony and will be prosecuted for their crime exactly as any other person would be.
WHEREAS, it has become distressingly obvious to the sovereign people of Texas that the President, much of Congress and the judiciary have forgotten that it was the acts of oppressive government that led to the Declaration of Independence, and by neither word nor deed demonstrate that our Constitution holds any meaning to them whatsoever, let alone uphold their sworn Oaths to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States, we therefore:
PROCLAIM and REAFFIRM the Declaration of Independence in its entirety with emphasis to the preamble -- “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.”;
PROCLAIM and REAFFIRM the Constitution as it is Constructed; and
PROCLAIM and REAFFIRM Article 1, Section 2 of the Texas Constitution -- “Inherent Political Power; Republican Form of Government. All political power is inherent in the people, and all free governments are founded on their authority, and instituted for their benefit. The faith of the people of Texas stands pledged to the preservation of a republican form of government, and, subject to this limitation only, they have at all times the inalienable right to alter, reform or abolish their government in such manner as they may think expedient.” And in order to guarantee these Proclamations and Reaffirmations the sovereign individual men and women of Texas must maintain themselves in as a well armed and well trained condition as each one deems prudent for him or herself.
WHEREAS, much blood and treasure has been spent for almost two and a half centuries for the freedom and rights that are steadily being eroded, curtailed, disrespected and destroyed by the federal government; therefore we Texans, sovereign men and women, speaking through the Great and Sovereign State of Texas that governs in and by our authority and name, hereby declare we no longer will tolerate these acts against us. |
